Who we are
Our studio was created for people who live under constant pressure from study and work. Especially university students. We know many people feel anxious and tired, but don’t know where to start taking care of their mind.
Here, meditation is simple, gentle, and beginner-friendly. You don’t need any experience, and you don’t have to sit perfectly still or “empty your mind.” We offer short, easy practices that help you breathe, slow down, and feel a bit lighter—step by step.
Through beginner meditation, gentle yoga, and mindful tea time, we hope this space can be a soft pause in your day, and a small starting point for being kinder to yourself.
