You will experience the following in class:

  • Learn: What is meditation? How long do you sit? What if your mind keeps wandering?

  • Experience 2–3 simple meditation methods:

  • Breath meditation (slowly counting your breaths)

  • Body scan (relax from head to toe)

  • Daily exercises (how to "meditate" while walking or drinking water)

  • Learn 5–10 minute meditation exercises you can do at home
