Experience 2–3 simple meditation methods:
Breath meditation (slowly counting your breaths)
Body scan (relax from head to toe)
Daily exercises (how to "meditate" while walking or drinking water)
Learn 5–10 minute meditation exercises you can do at home
Who is this course for:
Complete beginners who have never meditated before
People who find it difficult to calm down, experience high stress, or have trouble sleeping
People who want to try meditation but don't want to sit for a long time right away
